About the event
Please join us on a yoga flow and astrology discussion based on the Elements, Water, Earth, Air and Fire. We will be discussing how everything is constructed of these four elements, including ourselves. Class participants will learn how astrology is connected to the elements and will learn how to break down their own personal astrological chart by element. We will also be going through a 60 min Vinyasa style flow, incorporating different yoga poses that correspond with the Elements.
