Join Webb Physical Therapy for a workshop style class featuring the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor's importance in our daily function is often under appreciated and taken for granted. This class will spot light one of our bodies most amazing systems and help you learn how to engage and integrate you pelvic floor for optimum function. This is appropriate for all people (pre/postnatal, men, women--as long as you have a pelvic floor, this is for you).
